Celica GT4 Crossmember Bushing kit This set of 8 aluminum bushings installs in place of the stock squishy rubber bushings that secure the crossmember to the subframe. This crossmember supports the front and rear engine mounts, so eliminating the old rubber bushings also helps reduce engine unwanted movement. Installing the Speed-Source polyurethane engine mount kit at the same time will give the best results. This Bushing kit includes 2 50mm bolts, 2 60mm bolts, 4 washers, 2 large bushings, 2 small bushings, and 4 flat bushings. The long bolts go with the large bushings, the small bolts go with the small bushings. When installing them, to remove the crossmember, remove the 4 bolts holding the front and rear engine mounts to the crossmember. Remove the 4 bolts holding the crossmember to the frame, 2 at the front and 2 at the back. The only thing holding the crossmember up now should be a single bolt to the subframe. Remove this last bolt and remove the crossmember. To install, place the four stepped bushings on the crossmember, and assemble the 4 included bolts through a washer and flat bushing as shown. Carefully hold the crossmember in place and install the 4 bolts, leaving them loose for now. Re-install the engine mount bolts, and the single bolt to the subframe. Tighten all the bolts at this time.
